A dude whose cash is the Topic & his Object is Phetta pockets like Rakeem and if you ask himwhy it won't matter , his pockets got Phetta while everybody is looking for the Ladder like Tupac.

A Phettalizer is anybody that in pursuit of Phettaness and one that in tune with the vision of global Phettalization which is to bring awareness to the brand all over the world.
