PHETTA needs a calendar so made-to-order promises do not become guesses. Every product has to move through file, quote, sample, revision, approval, production, packing, and shipping.
File Lock
Finish tech pack, logo placement, size chart, material target, and supplier RFQ.
Quote
Collect sample cost, MOQ, lead time, unit cost, packaging, and freight estimate.
Sample
Receive sample, inspect fit, finish, trims, comfort, logo quality, and packaging fold.
Drop
Approve preorder, limited run, revision, or return product to blueprint until it is ready.
