Sample Policy
PHETTA does not scale complex goods until a sample proves the design can survive manufacturing, packaging, shipping, and customer expectation.
Required before scale: measurements, material choice, trims, logo placement, wash/care notes, packaging, and revision rules.
Kids products: child-safe materials, comfortable construction, age/size logic, and trim safety come first.
Footwear and leather: fit, lining, hardware, sole, leather source, and reinforcement must be sampled.
Approval rule: no paid campaign for a sample-first product until the physical sample is accepted.
