PHETTA products do not all move the same way. Ready goods, made-to-order goods, sample-first items, and concept products need different promises.
Ready goods: ship after supplier or inventory confirmation.
Made to order: production begins after payment and supplier confirmation. Lead times appear on product pages.
Production review: sample-first, inquiry, and blueprint products are not standard checkout goods.
Returns: policy must separate ready goods from custom, made-to-order, or special-order production.
