Tech Pack Template
Every serious PHETTA clothing product needs a tech pack before it becomes a production order. This is the checklist a factory should be able to quote from.
Artwork: front flat, back flat, side/detail views, logo placement, embroidery/print files, and color references.
Measurements: point-of-measure chart, size grading, tolerance, fit notes, and sample size.
Bill of materials: shell fabric, lining, rib, zipper, snaps, drawcord, labels, packaging, thread, and trims.
Construction: seam type, pocket map, waistband/cuff rules, reinforcement, finishing, and care label.
Production quote: sample cost, MOQ, unit cost by quantity, lead time, revision fee, packaging, and shipping carton.
