Denim Lightning Set: redesign as a limited denim capsule with controlled wash, applique or embroidery lightning, reinforced pocketing, PHETTA hardware, and shrinkage testing.
Leather Hoodie/Biker Sets: move to sample-first with vegan leather and genuine leather options, lining spec, zipper quality, panel map, weight target, and mobility test.
Fringe Sets: treat as couture/event pieces with fringe density, seam reinforcement, motion testing, lining, and made-to-order sizing.
Kids Sets: simplify trims, soften materials, avoid scratchy embellishment, confirm child-safe hardware, and build size grading before sale.
Factory blueprint required: front/back sketch, measurement chart, material swatches, colorways, trims, labels, packaging, MOQ target, sample cost, lead time, and revision policy.
