Factory Intake Checklist
Before PHETTA asks a factory for pricing, the ask must be tight enough to answer. This checklist keeps supplier communication serious.
Send: product name, lane, photos, target customer, target retail price, expected quality level, logo/art files, and reference products.
Ask: sample cost, MOQ, unit cost at 25/50/100, lead time, material options, trim options, packaging, freight/carton specs, and revision rules.
Require: production photos, prior category experience, payment terms, defect policy, communication owner, and shipping origin.
Decide: approve sample, revise sample, change supplier, downgrade to concept, or move to limited preorder.
