Sample Approval Form

A sample should not be approved because it looks nice in one photo. PHETTA needs a repeatable approval gate.

Check fit: size, proportion, movement, comfort, weight, and measurements against spec.

Check build: stitching, lining, hardware, logo placement, labels, seams, trim comfort, and care result.

Check commerce: packaging fold, carton size, shipping risk, landed cost, photos, and customer promise.

Decision: approve, revise, reject, change supplier, or hold as concept.
