Use for chest crests, back-neck marks, pocket marks, and premium texture. Ask for stitch type, density, backing, thread color, and durability test.
PHETTA OPERATING FILE
Set Design Treatment Board
PHETTA sets should never feel like blank clothing with a logo dropped on top. Each set needs a surface-treatment decision: embroidery, emboss/deboss, print/foil, labels, patches, hardware, materials, packaging, and placement.

Use for tonal satin panels, vegan leather patches, waistband labels, and back hits. Ask for mold cost, heat/pressure method, and wash/crease result.
Use for graphic tests, reflective hits, gold foil statements, and lower-MOQ proof runs. Ask for print method, rub test, wash test, and crack resistance.
Use zipper pulls, rivets, buttons, eyelets, drawcord tips, badges, and plaques to make PHETTA feel built, not decorated.
Production file: every product needs a treatment decision table: placement, size, material, method, color, supplier capability, sample test, and cost impact.
Factory package: send product view PNGs, logo/crest file, treatment board, trim list, material target, sample size, measurements, and revision rule.
Commerce logic: top-only, bottom-only, and full-set products can share the same treatment language while keeping separate SKUs and prices.
Approval rule: a set is not ready for checkout until at least one sample proves treatment quality, wash durability, comfort, packaging, and landed cost.
